Requirements

Before you start, please make sure that you have the following:

• A compatible iOS or Android device

• Active internet connection

• A Haidy account (this can be created during the login process)

1. Open the App Store on your device

4. Wait for the installation to complete

Initial establishment

1. Launch app

2. Log in or create an account

The first time you open Haidy, you will see the login screen. There are several options available:

• Log in with email and passwordIf you already have an account

• Sign in with GoogleQuickly sign in through your Google account

• Sign in with AppleQuickly sign up via your Apple ID

The login information is stored and deleted from the device after 30 days of inactivity. You may need to log in again earlier after a software update.

3. Accept Terms

When you first sign up, you must accept Haidy's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

4. Grant permissions

For Haidy to work properly, certain permissions are required:

• Microphone accessrequired for the recording of consultations

• Memory accessRequired to store and manage recordings (depending on the operating system)

• Camera accessOptional, necessary for scanning QR and bar codes

Important:Without microphone access, you cannot record consultations. You can adjust these permissions later at any time in the device settings.

Overview of the home screen

After completion of the setup, you will be taken to the overview page, Haidy's central entry point.

The overview page contains:

1. Last consultationsYour most recently recorded consultations

2. Planned consultationsUpcoming dates (when integration with your practice system)

3. Recording buttonQuick start for a new recording

4. Navigation barAccess to settings and other functions

Your first recording

Are you ready for your first consultation? Proceed as follows:

1. Tap on theRecording button(usually a round button at the bottom of the screen)

2. Enter patient information if needed

3. Tap onStart recording

4. Tap on− StopAs soon as the consultation is over

5. Check and save the recording

Short tips for new users:

🎯 Tip 1: Test audio

Before the first real consultation, record a short test recording to make sure the microphone is working properly and the audio quality is sufficient.

🎯 Tip 2: Stay online

Haidy works best with a stable internet connection, especially when processing and transcription records.

🎯 Tip 3: Invest patients

Use the functionality to link patients. This allows them to better find the consultations.
